Assessment visit at KSPEU:

According to a main goals of WP1 of the project “ESSENCE”, P3 - Technical University of Kosice (Michal Kolcun, Dusan Medved) realized the visit to P7 - Kazan State Power Engineering University (Russia) from 13.2.-14.2.2018. We realized and supervised two activities, the 1th stage: Self-examination by RU/VN universities (A1.2.1) and 2nd stage: Assessment visits by EU partners (A1.2.2).

According to a main goals of WP1 of the project “ESSENCE”, P3 - Technical University of Kosice (TUKE) (Michal Kolcun, Iraida Kolcunova) realized the visit to P8 - North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU) (Russia) from 12.3.-13.3.2018. We realized and supervised two activities, the 1th stage: Self-examination by RU/VN universities (A1.2.1) and 2nd stage: Assessment visits by EU partners (A1.2.2).

12.3.-13.3.2018, 9:00-17:00, NEFU Providing better understanding on the opportunities and further steps of the project, in order to achieve the aim in the best way, reach better results in education and to meet the EU requirements, the current situation at RU HEI (NEFU) is assessed: at first via self-examination, then on-site by EU representatives. This assessment was oriented on existing courses / curricula, which could be modernized during the project. During the assessment there was specified the following: in what extend the existing learning and teaching facilities and environment are suitable for implementation of new/modernized courses; what equipment could be used for the modernized courses; the differences in curricula structure and teaching methodology; the readiness of staff/students; etc. Nadezhda Buryanina, Roman Gogolev
